Cumin and Mint For Indigestion

Take 2 tsp of cumin and boil it with 1 glass of water. Add a few mint leaves and let it simmer till it reduces to half a glass. Strain the mixture and add sugar as per taste and drink it. This remedy has helped me and a lot of other people cure their indigestion problems. This is a natural remedy without any side effects.

I will give this a try. I often use mint, but never with cumin. Thanks.

I like the idea of straining, but would you use a paper coffee filter, or simply a mesh strainer? I am eager to try this remedy. I usually chew on dill seeds and highly recommend keeping dill seeds in your purse.

Dill tea is also helpful - you just need a tsp of dill tea to help you burp and relieve the gas. Great for kids, too.

Use a mesh strainer. It's a great remedy for indigestion. I also used it during my pregnancy last trimester. It helped me a lot.
