Cook macaroni. Add chopped corned beef, Swiss cheese and add caraway seeds. Drain sauerkraut and add to other mixture. Add Russian dressing until moist, use as much or as little dressing as to taste. Note: Cool macaroni before adding to salad.

Robin, thanks! We had this for lunch and thought it was very tasty. We are Reuben lovers. It is good with sliced tomatoes as a side dish.
Robin this is a good sandwich too if you you leave the macaroni out. Just stir the ingredients together, heat up and serve on toasted rye bread! Yum!
