Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients:

• fish
• melted margarine
• salt and pepper
• cracker crumbs

Directions:

Pat fish dry. Dip in melted butter and then in crushed cracker crumbs with salt and pepper. Place on rack on cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree F oven until golden. Time baked depends on type and size of fish fillet. Watch closely.
