Crazy Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup applesauce
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. cocoa

Melt 1 stick margarine in pan, add 3/4 cup brown sugar. Add to the above and mix well:

Then add:

• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40-45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
