There has been quite a bit of discussion lately about gardens, ponds, etc., so I thought the following ideas might be of interest to a few of the readers. As you can see, most are links to craft instructions for decorative garden items. The final three are ideas are described in full.
Since I'm a new subscriber, you may have already used all these ideas and so may choose not to use any of them from me. Or, you may just decide these ideas are not suitable for your newsletter and/or readers. I leave the decision totally up to you.
Take care,
Kathy
Editor's Note: We also love to receive great links and new ideas. Thanks!

Has anyone ever used an old dresser for a planter? Drill holes in the drawers for drainage, add heavy plastic with holes, gravel and soil. Leave the drawers slightly open and plant flowers and ivy or other trailing plants. Perhaps place a stone statue o top to finish the look.
Chimes can be made from 1/2 inch electrical metal conduit pipe. Cut 3 different lengths. (about 7, 6, and 5 inches) Drill a hole at one end and string with fishing line. The chimes can be hung from anything - A piece of driftwood, a pot, a birdhouse, or an angel cut out.
String some pots together using jute to create a different garden wind chime.
