Ingredients:
- 1 (64 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
- 2 cups honey
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 box cornstarch
- 1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Puree sweet potatoes in blender or food processor. Add 1 item at a time, blending well. Add cornstarch a little at a time, to prevent clumping. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until set.
