Sausage Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 lb. pork sausage
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup cracker crumbs
• 1 cup ketchup
• dash garlic salt, salt and pepper

• 1/2 green pepper, cut in small pieces
• 1 small onion, cut in small pieces
• 2-3 stalks celery, cut in small pieces

Directions

Mix well. Put in casserole dish. Place 2-3 slices of bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
