I have been diagnosed with dairy intolerance, and am looking for foods and drinks that are non dairy, but rich in calcium. I live alone, so do not want recipes or anything that is too complicated. I love tea and coffee, but am not enjoying either with regular soy milk.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
