You can never scrape out every last bit from the bottom of a jar of honey. So my solution is to use the jar to mix some homemade salad dressing. Just fill it (quantities according to taste) with olive oil, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper and a half-teaspoon or so of mustard powder (and a crushed clove of garlic if you like the taste). Shake vigorously and you've got a delicious honey and mustard dressing.

That is a good idea but you can scrape out the last bit if you heat it in the microwave. It kind of melts and comes out easily.
I use the leftovers from all sorts of condiments to make homemade salad dressings. Some have been so delicious that I get requests for encores, but that isn't quite possible.
Nice idea! You can also microwave it or pour a hot cup of tea in the bottle and let it sit a while, shake and pour it and you've got sweet tea and most of the honey out!
