Quick, easy meal using leftovers.
Spray one cookie sheet with cooking spray
Combine chicken and hash browns in a bowl, stirring to blend well.
Remove crescent rolls from the pkg and leave 2 crescents attached to each other. Place half the chicken mixture on the double crescent. Add another double crescent on top. Using a fork, press all of the edges of the rolls together.
Repeat with the other rolls and the rest of the chicken mixture. Bake according to package directions. Serves two large perogies.

These really can't be called pierogies. Pierogies are considered filled pasta, or stuffed dumplings.

I agree with Maryeileen. Pierogies are always boiled, then panfried. You have created a hot pocket, pasty, or empanada.
