Why did my german shepherd's eyes go from blue to green?

I think it's a natural change. It happens to many puppies. You do not have a problem.

You don't mention the dogs age but it's my guess that it's for the same reason as humans whose eyes are always blue when born and will change to another genetically predetermined color (perhaps a different shade of blue) or green, hazel, brown and even violet. ;-)
