Ingredients:
- 1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 French style green beans, drained
- 1 small can of water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can shoe peg corn (sweet white), drained
- 1 can cream soup: celery or mushroom
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (American or cheddar)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
Directions:
Mix all together except crackers, oleo and nuts. Pour in 9" x 13" baking dish. Mix topping items and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees F until it bubbles (about 45 minutes).
