Horseradish and Lemon Dip

This is yummy as a condiment for roast beef sandwiches, a topping for white fish such as tilapia or cod, and for dipping veggies :-)

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
• Juice of 1 large lemon
• 2 tsp. minced garlic, if desired

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well.
