Place butter in 2 quart bowl. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until melted.
Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Dip in melted butter.
Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Roll each chicken piece in the combined mixture. Arrange skin side up with the thickest meaty pieces to the edges of a 12x8 inch dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Microwave uncovered on high for 18-20 minutes until meat is tender. Let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
