Some folks think that you have to have a bunch of expensive exercise equipment to get a good workout. Walking is completely free, just start doing so. A comfortable pair of shoes does help out tremendously. A couple of 1 gallon milk or water plastic jugs filled with water or sand, closed off with a tightened lid can work as weights to lift.
