Honey Yogurt Fruit Salad

This is a nice and light way to make fruit salad. The honey-yogurt dressing is awesome. You can add or omit any fruit your family likes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple, fresh or canned (drained well)
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained well
  • 1-2 small apples, peeled and diced
  • 1-2 containers lemon yogurt (6 oz. each)
  • 1/3 cup salad dressing (mayo)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (or to taste)

Directions

Combine all fruit in a medium size bowl. In a small bowl. mix together the salad dressing, yogurt, and honey. Pour over fruit and gently toss together. Refrigerate for 2 hours or longer but not recommended overnight as the honey-yogurt sauce breaks down.

If you prefer, you can also add toasted nuts right before serving.

This looks great! I will also add in a banana or two since we usually have them on hand. I think the lemon yogurt sauce will be a hit with my family!
