Bronze Tip Medal for All Time! 59 Tips

This is one of my Mom's favorite cookies. No shortening required! Super easy, chock full of orange flavor, and not too sweet!

These sound really great. I think I might try to make them with satsumas or clementines. That seems like one would be about 2/3 of an orange.

(That was 2/3 of an orange, not 2/3 cup. IF using a small orange, you could use the entire orange.)

Yes, I have used tangerines also and they are very good, as well. The more fruit you use in the recipe the more moist the bars will be. I have varied this recipe and they are always good. :)

You can use an entire orange....if it is medium sized. (If you have too much liquid, the bars will be too dense.)
