Frosting:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter, sugar and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients and drop by spoon onto buttered cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes. Frosting: Mix juice, rind and butter and slowly add powdered sugar to desired consistency. Great in freezer. Note: Can sour milk by adding 1 Tbsp. vinegar.
