Not a directory, but you can sell this sort of thing on etsy. etsy.com. It's a handmade site and everything from earrings to website design, etc. is sold.
Whitepages.com/Superpages.com will add your listing free. Sorry, I lost the phone number.
Another free site is Kijiji.com. They'll let you choose your area geographically, and your category or categories. They also allow up to 3 image uploads per ad, and they never charged me.
