Directions:
Blend first 4 ingredients and add cocoa in 1/3 cup cold water. Add alternately 2 1/2 cup sifted cake flour and 1 cup cold water. Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites with 3/4 cup sugar beaten in. Fold in last 1 1/3 tsp. baking soda dissolved in small amount of boiling water. Bake in 350 degree oven.
