Does anyone have a recipe for Hops (Restaurant) Vinaigrette. I had it in Florida and haven't been able to find a recipe for it.

I LOVED Hops. I don't see why they didn't make it. The tarragon vinaigrette dressing is one of the best dressings I've ever had. I there is anyone that ever worked in the HOPS kitchen, I would love to have it! RIP Hops :(
