I own a manual push lawn mower, but I am unable to use it because the mower blades need to be sharpened and I do not know how or where to get this done. Is there a place in Miami, FL where I can take my manual lawn mower to have the blades sharpened?

Get your own easy tool. Tool company in town? About 9$. Swipe it across any blade and it is good to go.
You might also ask any/several of the lawn-care folks in your neighborhood, since they must keep mowers sharp; they will know where to go!
