Does anyone know who the designer of a stamped cross stitch pattern kit called, " I Hope My Children Look Back on Today" was? I have been trying to find this out for awhile with no luck.

I've had this entire poem posted on my refrigerator for probably 15-20 years now, I love it.
I found this link to a website that has a cross stitch booklet that has that verse, I don't know if it's what you're looking for,or if they still have it, but it might be a lead-hope it helps!
