Recipe for Walmart Bean and Vinegar Salad?

Here is an easy and good one.

• 3 or 4 cans of different types of beans such as green, wax, and kidney
  
• 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  
• 1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
  
• 1/2 cup of oil
  
• salt and pepper
  

Drain and rinse beans put in glass bowl, mix other stuff and pour over. Put in fridge for a couple hours. Enjoy.

Here is another and one I have made many times.

1 can each green, garbanzo, kidney beans (sometimes I use black beans for one of them)
1 medium onion (I prefer the red onions)

Simmer the above ingredients and pour over beans and onions. Cool and marinate several hours.

Note: You can cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup and it tastes good.

Most of Walmarts prepared salads are made by REESERS. So, almost any prepared bean salad they sell will come from the same maker. I know this because my husband used to haul salads from REESERS in NC to Walmart warehouses. Many name brands, but they came from the same producer.
