These are the smoothest and easiest meltaways ever.
Prepare pans by either lining a jellyroll pan with parchment paper OR placing small paper baking cups in tassie pans (muffin tins).
Put everything in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute, stir well. Continue heating and stirring at 30 second intervals until completely smooth. Pour into prepared pans and cool in fridge until set. Enjoy!
These are great for the holidays as gifts.

Oh I am sorry to have not included that! I use 12 oz. white and 11.5 oz. milk chocolate. It is pretty much just about equal parts of everything. Or close to it. Hope that you enjoy them!
How do you freeze them? By tsp. full or what? Sound great but can't picture them. Thanks!
It is just as smooth as melted chocolate after you make them. If you choose put them in the little tassie (size) baking papers, you can freeze them in layers after they set up in the fridge. If you choose to pour them into the jelltroll pan, after they are set, cut them and layer them between wax paper.
