It's easy to make and a lot cheaper than store-bought. I love this stuff. To me it is not a cold weather drink only, I love to wind down at the end of the day with a cup and either a good movie or book.
Mix well and store in air-tight container.
To use, mix 3 teaspoons per cup of boiling water

I can hardly wait to try this. For Christmas I put homemade spiced tea mix and homemade hot chocolate mix in decorative jars (small canning jars or special holiday jars), add directions, and give them as gifts. They are great for teachers, co-workers, drop-by guests, etc. This Christmas you can bet I will give Cappuccino Mix!
This is the sort of "Gifts From the Kitchen" that we
enjoy making and giving too. There are so many
small kindnesses that we can do to make other
people's lives a little happier and better and to us,
that's what Christmas is all about.
Thank you for this wonderful addition to our list of
"gift goodies". All it needs is a pretty little card with
the instructions to go with it. Maybe a sweet red or
green ribbon and a baby pine cone.:-)
Thumbs Up!

What a great idea! I am diabetic and cannot find sugar-free flavored coffee. Thanks a lot.
I'm also a diabetic, and I love this recipe. But would it be bad if I cut down the plain powder coffee creamer? I'm a bit leary of that much creamer. Maybe split it in half, and substitute powdered milk for the rest?
I think it would be fine to use powdered milk instead. It won't be as sweet but that is probably better. It has the sugar and hot chocolate already.
If you try this, let us know how it turns out.

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Put the ingredients in pint size jars (or whatever size you want). With a pretty ribbon, attach a recipe card listing all the ingredients. Also, state on the card: add 3 heaping teaspoon of mixture to a cup of boiling water. Stir and enjoy.
For a special treat, I also top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
This gift of cappuccino,is often request by friends I have given it to before. So easy and really makes a great gift.

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container. To serve, place 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir well.
