Medicine Cup Bird Nest

Whenever you buy cold medicine you always get the little plastic cup with it. Over time you can end up with a lot of these since each medicine bottle comes with one. These cute little bird nests are just one way to put these little cups to use once your medicine is gone.

Supplies:

• 1 small medicine cup about an inch tall
• scissors
• tacky glue
• floral moss
• newspaper

Directions:

1. Put down newspaper to keep your area clean.
    
2. Cut up the floral moss with the scissors.
    
3. Cut the cup down by making a slit in the cup and following it all the way around.
    
   
    
4. Use the tacky glue to add glue to the outside of the cup.
    
5. Roll in the floral moss.
    
   
    
6. Take your hand and push the moss onto the cup.
    
7. Check for bare spots and add floral moss and shape with hand.

8. Allow to sit a couple of minutes.
9. Take the glue and smear it around the inside of the small cup.
10. Press floral moss into the cup and shake of excess.
     
11. Cut any moss sticking up or too long on the cups.
12. Your finished product should look like a tiny birds nest.
13. They are ready to be attached to your flower arrangements.
