Wash and dry a head of cabbage. Boil 3-5 minutes. Drain. While cabbage is cooking, make your cream sauce using:
Heat cream and butter together. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup cream and slowly pour into heated cream. Stir constantly until sauce reaches desired thickness. Then pour over cabbage. Reheat and serve. Any favorite vegetable can be creamed in this manner.
