Well, I have a John Deere and the instructions may be similar. this would be for both front and read wheels.
1. Remove Plastic cap.
2. Remove snap ring. To remove the snap ring you will need a special pair of pliers. This ring is what holds the wheel in place.
3. Remove the wheel and washers.
4. For the rear wheels there is a shaft key, 2 washers and a spacer that also slides out.
5. If this does'nt help then visit a shop that repairs mowers and ask them to show you how to remove the wheel.
And lastly, Have you tried to inflate the tire with a hand air pump?

How do I remove the back wheel of a MTD yard ride on mover?
By Richard o'Keeffe
The wheel is usually held on with what is called a snap ring. It looks like a washer with a slot cut through and has two small ears where the slot is with a hole in each ear. You need a special pair of pliers to get the snap ring off. You should be able to buy the pliers in any hardware store and the clerk will show you what a snap ring looks like. You put the small tabs of the liers into the holes on the snap ring and spread them apart. The snap ring fits into a groove that keeps the wheel on. Replace the wheel the same way you took it off.
