Does anyone have any input on "Windstream" cable, internet, and phone service? They advertise a lifetime package for $89.

We have Windstream cable, internet and phone. Our bill is around $89 every month and has been for the past several years. If you add "extras" such as call waiting, etc., the charges will go up because of that. I'm not sure what kind of cable package you will be offered, ours isn't as good as what would be offered with dish network or satellite. But then they would be much more expensive.

We contract with Windstream for one thing. To provide internet to our home. I first contacted them on 11/2 and informed them there was a problem. After speaking with them a ticket was opened. A tech came out to the house and said the problem was fixed. It was not. Another ticket was opened. I received a call several days later stating the issue was fixed. It was not. I called back and another ticket was opened and is still active. That was on 11/14. Isnt Windstream a telecommunications company. They do provide Internet dont they.
