Those liners make perfect single serving size meatloaves, muffins, cupcakes. Just adjust the baking time, checking more often with a toothpick for doneness.
My supper tonite will consist of a mini meatloaf with potatoes and a veggie.
It makes cooking last minute meals so much faster and much easier on the working cook after a busy day!
You can use them for anything you use the regular size muffin liners for. You just need to adjust the baking time, i.e. watch closely after about 10 minutes.
