Freeze Lemon Juice As Ice Cubes

Squeeze fresh lemons and put the juice in ice cube trays. Freeze them, and then store in a plastic bag in the freezer. Want a glass of ice water? Just throw a couple in a glass of water, and voila! Or throw a couple in a glass of wine, or other fruit juices. UMMM, good on a hot day!

You know, this is such a great, yet simple thing to do! It's something that I just haven't thought about doing. But you can be sure that I will be doing this.

We enjoy having lemon in our iced tea year 'round. Guess its a southern thing? Sweet tea with lemon? Thanks for sharing with us!
