Eat as a whole roll or cut into bite size pieces as appetizers for snacking :-)
Lay the ham slices flat, spread evenly with cream cheese, and sprinkle evenly with pickles. Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for one hour before serving.

This is my favorite appetizer Deeli, only I prefer dried beef for the meat!
I fell in love with these when my aunt made them 30 years ago, only she put a green onion in the center instead of pickle.This sounds really good though, I'd like to try it with bread & butter pickes too! Thanks!
