Mix the flour with the salt, add the water mix and let stand for 5 minutes till set.
Take a small piece of the dumpling mix (size of a bean) with hands make it a round shape and throw into boiled stock or water. The dumpling will rise a little. Cook till they float about 5-7 minutes. That's the sign they're done.
After cooking, drain and add your favorite sauce, or you can add them straight to a soup. Enjoy
