The Best Eastern Shore Crab Cakes Ever!
Mix together all ingredients, except crab and oil or butter. Add crab meat now, toss gently and form into patties. Makes about 6 crab cakes, can be deep-fried in oil, sauteed in butter or broiled until brown. Enjoy :)

Thanks for the great crab cake recipe. I was wondering if you have a recipe for a "wet cornbread" similar to the cornbread they serve at Em-ings in Bishopville. It's a thick custardy, bread pudding-type cornbread, not a cake-type cornbread. I just love stopping there and bringing a pan home and would like to try and replicate their recipe.
