This isn't really a rice pudding recipe but it certainly is good that I've eaten since I was a small child. Just cook the rice according to package instuctions but stir in about 1/4 of a cup of raisins (or more to taste) per serving before cooking. Once it's cooked add a splash or so of milk or half and half and a little bit of sugar if desired but you probably won't need the sugar because the raisins cooking in the rice sweetens it.
