Great for Easter!
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave or top of double boiler. Let cool slightly so as not to melt marshmallows when they are added. Add vanilla, nuts, and marshmallows. On three pieces of waxed paper, sprinkle a light layer of powdered sugar. Divide the cookie mixture into 3 parts and place on papers. Pick up one edge of paper and start to shape the cookies into logs - don't be afraid to squeeze it. Tuck in ends of paper. Chill until set. To serve, slice across with sharp knife. These keep well and can be frozen.
