Directions:
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag. Add steaks, one at a time; close bag securely, and shake until well coated. Brown steaks on both sides in hot oil. Drain all but 1 tablespoon drippings from pan. Pour tomatoes and chilies over steaks. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until steaks are tender.
