All you need to do is ask your city or county in charge of the park where it came from and who made it ;-) It's a cool looking swing :-)

It looks very artistic, But SO heavy looking,While the swing is in motion- if a child put its leg down to stop,would it hurt the kids leg? Do you think, anyway looks good.

My guess is that looking at the picture, it isn't really a playground type swing. It doesn't look like it would go as high as kids like to go.

I'm thinking it is probably more for to be used like a porch swing or glider.

When you find out who made it, it would be nice to have a plaque made with the name of the builder/designer and date it was put in the park.
