Where's the best place to buy cheap tea light candles in bulk?

I bought a large bag at Michaels Arts and
Crafts using the 40% off coupon they have in thier flyer. Also, you may find holiday scented tea light candles super cheap in stores trying to sell off the last of the Chirstmas items.
Odd Lots, Big Lots or such may also be a good source to buy.
I brought a large bag from Wal-Green, Dollar Tree but their was not as large as Wal-Green, Walmart, and Big Lott sales them in large bags also.
Walgreens sells 25 count packs (scented and unscented) for $5.00 total "if you buy 2 packs". Can't get much better than 10 cents per candle ;-)
I would try dollar stores, Michael's or AC Moore or other crafts stores, flea markets, garage sales, and thrift shops.
