Does anybody know how to convert oven time to crockpot time so that you can cook recipes for casseroles in the crockpot instead of the oven?

Go to "crockpot recipes", there' plenty there, good luck.
Here's a link that might help answer your question about converting oven recipes rather than having to scour through dozens of crock pot recipes:
And here's another link that is probably even more helpful regarding oven to crock pot conversion:

I found this online. Hope it helps. :-)
You will need to double (if not triple) the liquids since it cooks at a much higher temperature in the oven. As for the oven temp I'd say 325 - 350 degrees F. should be right for most recipes.
Stovetop Cooking Time - Crockpot Cooking Time - High/Low Temp
15-30 minutes (1 1/2-2 1/2 hrs)/(4-8 hours)
35-45 minutes. (3-4 hours)/6-10 hours)
50 minutes - 3 hours (4-6 hours)/(8-16 hours)
