Crushed Cracker Pie Crust

I often have uneaten cookies or crackers that I don't want to waste by letting them go stale. Any cookie or sweet wafer can be made into pie crust. Cookie crumbs or pie crust mix can be stored in the freezer until desired. These crust variations gives a zip to many classic favorites!
