Baked Corn Dogs?

You might try searching under wrapped corn dogs. That uses a yeast dough. I always loved the ones they served in the school cafeteria when I was growing up.

Wow...baked corn dog recipes are really difficult to find. The only one I came across uses refrigerated cornbread twists dough. Here's that site: www.recipezaar.com/64802 Hope it helps.

Baked Corn Dogs
2 boxes corn muffin mix (recommend Jiffy)
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 stick butter melted
1Tbsp Chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp cayenne pepper sauce (recommend Tabasco or FranksRed Hot Sauce

Baked corn dogs using jiffy mix did not work when I tried it. Sounded too easy, should have known better.
