Toffee Cookie Squares

Ingredients:

• 1 cup butter or margarine
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 2 large milk chocolate bars

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla and flour. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or 375 degrees F for 15-18 minutes. Frost with melted chocolate bars. Cool and cut into squares.
