A yummy (easy) cookie to redeem a previous cookie disaster. We've all done it - forgotten the cookies were in the oven and either the timer wasn't working or we forgot that, too! I don't mind a little carbon and I don't want to throw them out. What a waste! But the family won't touch them. With this revamp recipe, they never have to know. (Also works with leftover cookie/brownie crumbs or stale cookies.)
Blend all ingredients and bake on greased sheet 12 minutes at 375 degrees F.

This sounds like a really great idea to use over-baked cookies (my kids don't like them either). Can you please clarify ifmwhen you bake them, do you spread the mix out on the pan then slice into cookies when it's done baking?
