Here comes the cold weather! Time to keep those lips chap-free and beautiful. I've been using this two-ingredient method ever since I was in college and found an article about it in a beauty magazine.
Mix in a small bowl. Apply to your lips using your fingers, gently rubbing in a circular motion. Rinse off with water.
The brown sugar will come off, leaving some of the olive oil behind, which adds moisture and a lustrous shine to your lips. Not to mention it's pretty yummy for you or your next kiss! :)

Love your, "pretty yummy for you or your next kiss!" comment ;-)
I can't help it, Deeli, I'm a hopeless romantic! :D
Oops! Forgot to mention in the tip that the whole reason for the sugar being in there is to gently exfoliate the dead skin off your lips. You can use white sugar but don't use salt, it's too harsh :)
