Hunting the Renowned Midwestern Stromboli Sub Sandwich?

I am about to make a trip from Tennessee to Lexington KY, over to Louisville, up to Indianapolis, IN, across to Peoria and ending in Galesburg. Is anyone familiar with restaurants along the way that sell the Stromboli sub? I ran across a restaurant called Stromboli King that sells the sub, but they are quite a bit out of the way in Evansville, IN. I would appreciate any input from people who live up in those areas. Thanks.
