Fiberglass boats have what is a gelcoat covering the fiberglass. It is very durable and toilet bowl cleaner will not harm the boat. However, The toilet bowl cleaner may not be strong enought to clean off the scum that accumulates from being in the water. I would check out products from the boat shop. They usually are very expensive.
Why wouold you want to use that? They make products for your needs.
