Long chain omega 3s & 6s found in salmon help with moisturization. Antioxidants in blueberries, pomegranates (brightly-colored fruits) and Lycopene in cooked tomato help protect against free radicals. Carotenoids found in oranges, carrots, mangos, kale help skin retain a golden glow.
Hope this helps!
Water! Good old H2o is really the most important "skin" food. Fresh fruits and veggies are likely next in the line.
Vitamin e works real well. Also helps wrinkles. Good luck. Jenny
I have a rash that appears more in the winter. The only thing I do differently in the summer is drink more water. I have begun drinking lots of water (it's winter here now) and my skin is improving.
