Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. For meatballs, combine all ingredients in large bowl, shape into 1 inch balls. Place in single layer in two 9x13 inch baking dishes. For sauce, combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth and well blended; pour evenly over meatballs. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Transfer to chafing dish, if desired. Serve hot.
